1. Outputs, projects and deliverables: What will your main work be this year?
Our main task for this year will be to carry out projects to improve participation in football
community specifically by increasing the number of players by 4% in 2019 and also to increase
the participation of girls aged 5 to 18 by 2%.
Following activities will be carried out:
 Conducting market research
 Developing marketing campaign through different social networking sites, articles from
local media, radio advertisements.
 Conduct suitable promotions workshop
 Build media relationship and create interesting promotional events for media to report on
 Conduct Gala event for fund raising and awareness
Positive trends in participation in soccer, increase in volunteers at club level, positive feedback
regarding the conducted events will be the deliverables.

2. Conduct and behaviors: How will you do your work and interact with others this
year?
 Assigned roles and responsibilities will be carried out with understanding of core values
of the organization.
 I will maintain a respectful attitude to others at all times, even during stressful times.
 Collaboration with different local media and members of the organization will be done to
achieve the positive trends in participation in soccer.
  I will carry out tasks with accountability.
 I will set aside differences to work well with others members since teamwork outweighs
performance.
 Work with commitment: dedication and a positive attitude.
 Research and incorporate new ideas.

3. Knowledge and skills: What do you need to do your job well this year?
I will need the following skills:
1. Leadership skills such as;
 Setting strategic goals
 Motivating team members to perform well
 Mentoring less experienced team members

2. Technical skills such as;

 Writing and sending mass emails and communications
 Evaluating and editing websites and social media profiles

3. Organizational skills such as;

 Coordinating events and meetings
 Recording and filing information and documents
 Creating strategic schedules for major projects
 Helping team members to finish assignments on time

4. Communication skills such as;

 Collaborating with team members to make decisions
 Developing rapport with clients and customers
 Listening to and addressing feedback and criticism
 Writing press releases

 Planning and executing promotional events and activities

Apart from above skills I will also need adequate Knowledge on market research, principles and
processes for providing customer services. Knowledge of media production, communication, and
dissemination techniques and methods.

Resources needed for the task are time, enough funding for the travels, research activities and
promotional events and good co-operation among team members.

 We achieve positive trends in participation in soccer
 Our customer survey tells us members are pleased with the services we offer.
 The work carried out is completed on time.
 The work performed is accurate.
 The outcomes are in accordance with the set goals.
