After 12 months of hard work and dedication, our team has exceeded the percentage increase in
the number of new football players. For this, we would like to provide rewards and recognition
to motivate their staff members, recognize their efforts and demonstrate that they are
appreciated.
Following mentioned are the reward and recognition that might be appropriate for the Football
South East Coast team members:
1. Feature on the organization’s official website, blogs or newsletter feature. Writing a
feature on the team members about their achievements will make them feel recognized
and appreciated.

2. Certificate programs: Developing certificate recognition programs like providing a


certificate of “Monthly Hero”, “Employee of the year” to those who achieve greater
results each month and each year. It will undoubtedly help to increase a sense of pride
and achievement among staff members.

3. Bonuses, sponsored vacation and promotion from their current position according to their
years of service would be a great reward. This will inspire them to perform even better,
increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover rates. Furthermore, this investment in staff
members will help to reduce the larger cost of replacing employee.

4. Creating opportunity for the staff members to attend and present papers in the seminars,
workshops conducted by the various national, international organization would help them
in their professional and career development and would be a good reward.

5. Job rotation can also be done. Shifting employees between different functions will help
them to understand roles and responsibilities from different viewpoints, boost
professional development, give them more experience, and a sense of achievement.
