6. Photocopy of each previous Schengen-UK- USA-CANADA AUS (if applicable),
7. Personal covering letter (Mentioning your purpose of visit).
s. Invitation letter form Schengen countries with invitee details, contact no and

9. Exhibitor Pass/Visitor Pass (If applicable)
10. Certificate of leave letter from your company
11. NOC from School/university (If student)
12. Proof of sufficient fund for your stay.
13. If sponsored: Formal obligation letter from your sponsor original and its
photocopy
14. Proof of your financial status.
15. If employee:

Employment contract.
b.
Salary slip/Certificate for last 3 months, alternative salary advice which is
subject to
acceptance.
c.
Current bank statements of the last 6 months.
d.
Leave permission from the employer
e.
ITR form or certificate of income tax deducted at the source of salary.
f.
Letter from your employer providing information regarding your annual income and
duration of your employment with the company.
16. If self-employed: Proof of company registration including PAN, Company
registration and

Tax payment (Tax clearance certificate of last 2 yr)
17. Personal bank statement of last 6 months (Original & Commercial bank only)
18. If self-employed Company Bank Statement can attach as supporting (bank
statements not
older than 10 days of print till the date of application date).
19. Retirement certificate indicating pension, if you are retired
20. Any other source of income such as rent, share, pension in English.
21. Property valuations and property tax return for last 3 years
22. Proof of Civil status:
a. Copies of your marriage certificate and birth certificate of your children
(alternatively
certificate of relationship)
23. 4 recent size photographs not older than 6 months
