Each GROUP is assigned to analyze ONE case only. Identify the elements of either Stare
Decisis or Res Judicata to the material facts of the case using the Template in slides # 25
(stare decisis) and # 26(res judicata). Each Question will guide you which doctrine to use –
do not use both doctrines for the same case.

Analyze only the case assigned to your group; do not submit answers referring to other
cases. You may answer them as additional exercises but that will not be graded.
