REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, LOTLOT REYES, single, of legal age, Filipino citizen, with

residence and postal address at #1 ABC Road, Baguio City, Philippines,
do hereby revoke and cancel the Special Power of Attorney which I
executed in favor of KATRING DIZON. The said Special Power of
Attorney is docketed and entered in the Notarial Registry of Notary
ROSE SHELL BANEZ of Baguio City as Doc. No. 90; Page No. 42; Book No.
VIX; Series of 2011, under Entry No. 123456-78-901 dated July 21, 2015
of the Memorandum of Encumbrances of TCT. No. T-123789.

HEREBY REVOKING all that my said Attorney can lawfully do or

cause to be done by virtue thereof.
