Name of the Website
The website is entitled “Anna Cleaning Services,” whose namesake is my aunt’s shut
down business. The website is a hypothetical take on how I would make a website if the
business has not shut down.
Concept of the Website
As stated above, the concept is like a typical small business site where interested
people can look at the services provided by the business, inquire more about the said
services, and book the services of the said business.
Purpose of the Website
The website’s purpose is to provide a brief, yet meaningful showcase of the
business’ services and to provide a convenient experience for the people seeking to avail
the services of the business.
Target Audience of the Website
The website’s target audience are those of us searching for top-quality cleaning
services within the community, especially now in a world afflicted by the pandemic. The
target audience are also those in the community who seeks for convenience and peace of
mind in these uncertain times.

The Home Page will be featuring the most important aspects of Anna Cleaning
Services: a brief presentation of the services offered and the feedback from the people who
experienced availing the services of Anna Cleaning Services.
Services Page
The Services Page will discuss the services offered by the business in-depth. This
page will be divided into the 3 main services offered by the business: Home Cleaning,
School / Workplace Cleaning, and Lawn Services.
Get a Quote Page
The Get a Quote Page will allow the users to ask for a quote regarding the price of
the services offered by the business with regards to their needs. This page will be supplying
the user input to a person who will personally respond to the user via email.
Contact Us Page
This page will present the social media account handles of the business and the
clicking the icons beside the handle will redirect the users to the social media accounts of
the business. The Google Maps will also be embedded to the page to show the address of
the office of the business.
Privacy Policy Page
This page will discuss how the site will handle the information gathered from the
users and visitors of the website.
