Dear Ms. Richardson:

The Reragon Hotel is building a new 36-story hotel in Arizona. Also, I know that you
want to attract your prospective clients by putting beautiful cross-stitched artworks along
the hotel hallways in every floor.

Last September 10, we talked about framing your 72 cross-stitched designs but I could
not make my decision immediately because I have still had to make all the arrangements
clearly before I give my decision about framing those designs. I'd like to inform you that
the 72 designs will be framed as you like. Please refer to the different styles of the frame
to be applied to those artworks and their corresponding rates.
STYLE UNIT COST
Style A partition $250.50
Style B partition $375.25
Style C partition $ 225.00
Style D partition $185.50

We give special discounts to clients who pay at least a week before the scheduled
delivery date, order in large quantities, or have been loyal customers for more than 10
years. We also give discounts to employees of the company as well. In this case, the
discounts are simply calculated by deducting $45.00 per unit. However, a surcharge of
$50.00 per week will be added to the payment if delayed.

Please take note that some materials such as the wood, strings, glass, and other
accessories, which are needed to place the frames, are free of charge. The aluminum
frames that may be specially requested by the customers are not included above. They
have to be separately paid for aside from the cost of services in framing.
