Declaration of Conformity

We declare under our own responsibility that the design of installation complies with the
standards applicable within the EC:
 NEN 3140 for electrical safety
 EMC 2004/108/EC for electromagnetic compatibility
 Machine Directive 2006/42/EG

The installation also complies with the following harmonized and possible national standards:
 Safety Of Machinery - Safety Requirements For Fluid Power
Systems And Their Components EN 983:1996
 User Manuals - Contents, Structure, Formulation
And Presentation NEN 5509:1998
 Safety of machinery - Safety-related parts of control systems EN-ISO 13849-1:2006
 Safety of Machinery – Emergency Stop EN-ISO 13850:2007
 Safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of machines EN 60204-1:2006

As such that the installation is reasonably safe for employees of the owner/administrator for
the skiers/boarders on the simulator and the maintenance technicians.

This CE Conformity does not cover security for visitor and bystanders at the simulator. The
safety for visitor and bystanders, also determined by local regulations and requirements,
must be considered with the design and realization of the interior design, layout and
decoration, reason they are no part of this declaration of conformity.
