Prerequisite:
Pre-payment against invoice of:
o roundtrip ticket cost (shortest route, carrier selected by Maxxtracks)
o estimated cost of board and lodging
o travel time from our works the Netherlands to clients ski-slope location,
when exceeding 8 hours vice-versa per person, will be charged at
€ 52,- per person per hour.
 Conditions

Included
in our prices are:
• the man-hours for the on-side assembly and set into operation by our engineers.

Excluded
from our prices and charged to buyer are:
• travel time by our engineer(s) and/or ski-instructor(s) from Amsterdam to clients ski-
slope location exceeding 8 hours vice-versa per person will be charged at € 52 per
hour.
• the costs for board, lodging of our engineer(s) and/ or ski-instructor(s) at buyers ski-
slope location; board and lodging at minimum 4 star international level, with individual
rooms.
• the costs for round-trip travel from Amsterdam to buyers ski-slope location of our
engineer(s) and/or ski-instructor(s).

Additional notes
- Prices are applicable for our products and services for delivery during the year 2019.
- All prices are ex.-works Heemskerk and exclusive sales tax.
- Maxxtracks have the right to increase the prices mentioned in their Price Lists. Orders for
which a Purchase Agreement has been agreed will be delivered against the price, terms
and conditions as agreed in the Purchase Agreement.
- The “METAALUNIE CONDITIONS” are applicable to all our products and services
agreement(s) as well as to all future orders, deliveries and services.
