The Operator shall have a process to ensure all aircraft have an aircraft technical log or
approved equivalent that comprises the following elements:
i) Aircraft nationality and registration; M1, M2
ii) Date; M4
iii) Place of departure;
iv) Place of arrival;
v) Time of departure; T2
vi) Time of arrival; T3
vii) Hours of flight; T7
viii) Incidents, observations, as applicable; R3,R4,M5
ix) Details of defects and rectifications/actions taken; A1
x) Signature and identity of the person recording the defect; A6, A7
Signature and identity of the person signing the release following M8, M9
xi) maintenance.
