CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER

TRUFFLES
Makes 50 small truffles

Ingredients Equipment
1 cup 2/3 Bittersweet chocolate  Metal bowl
2 Egg yolks  Casserole
½ cup Butter unsalted  Rubber spatula
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Milk
3 tablespoons of Grand Marnier (to give a little taste of
orange )
½ cup Cocoa (unsweetened) powder

Directions

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.


2. Mix the egg and the sugar until smooth, add milk and stir chocolate mixture
into it. Add Grand Marnier.
3. Let stand until firm dough. Make some small balls and roll them in the
cocoa. Enjoy!
