AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION

SPOUSES EVELYN L. DOMINGO and MARCELO V. DOMINGO JR. of legal age,

Filipino citizens, and residents of Brgy. 5, #44-B, P. Gomez St., Laoag City, Philippines,
after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That we bought a portion of a parcel of lot (co-buyers) reflected as approximately

One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Seven (1,977) square meters, more or
less, as reflected in the Deed of Absolute Sale docketed as Doc. No. 379, Page No.
77, Book No. XI, Series of 2016 in the Notarial Register of Atty. Esperanza
Caridad Areniego Orig, dated July 19, 2016;

2. That the lot is particularly described as:

A parcel of land (Lot 15749, of the Cadastral Survey of Laoag), with the improvements
thereon, situated in the Barrio of Vira, City of Laoag. Bounded on the NE. by Lots Nos.
15747, 15748 and a road; on the SE., by roads and on the NW. by Lots Nos. 15745,
15748, and 35881. Containing an area of SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND
SIXTY SIX (6,366) square meters, more or less. Covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title No. T-28658. Declared under Tax Declaration No. 08-044-00655.

3. However, upon actual measurement as per the survey of Geodetic Engr. Gregorio
C. Malacas, the portion we intended to buy is only measured at One Thousand
Nine Hundred Seventy Three (1,973) square meters, particularly Survey Plan
No. Psd-01-094051, Lot No. 15749-B, being a portion of Lot 15749, Cad 195,
Laoag Cadastre;

4. Despite the discrepancy of the area of the portion of the lot we bought as
reflected in the aforementioned Deed of Absolute Sale and that of the
actual measurement reflected in the survey plan, we hereby confirm and
conform that the actual measurement of our portion is One Thousand
Nine Hundred Seventy Three (1,973) square meters, as reflected in
Survey Plan No. Psd-01-09405.

5. We are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the facts, as aforestated,
without any intent to cause fraud or malice;

6. That this affidavit is executed for whatever other legal purposes it may serve.
