Grapes juice Benefits:-

 Consumption of grape juice helps in


controlling blood pressure.
 It also reduce the risk of stomach diseases
Ingredients:-
o Water 1 liter

o C-M-C 1.5gram

o Grapes pulp 100ml

o Sugar 130gram

o Citric Acid 1gram

o Brown Colour 0.25gram

o Grapes flavour 1gram

Method:-

First blend water and C-M-C. Then add grape pulp or sugar in it. Now

heat this mixture on low flame for 20-25 minutes. When mixture gets

ready, add citric acid in it and mix well. Seive this mix with muslin

cloth and add grape flavour or sodium benzoate after mixing both

into separate utensils along with water. In the end, fill this mixture in

bottles and sealed them in room temperature..
