    Over the past two days, we have encountered unforeseen network issues that have been
    causing log-in difficulty and order lag. These problems escalate and intensify during the
    peak times of between 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

    Please be assured that we are putting in fixes to resolve this as soon as possible. In the
    meantime, we ask you to take this into account as you use our website, especially when
    trading activity is extraordinarily high.

    We also advise that you try to log in earlier in the day, prior to 9:30 AM, to help avoid any
    difficulty in logging in.

    We apologize for this, and we humbly ask for your patience and understanding as we
    continue to apply fixes and enhancements for a more optimal investing experience. Thank
