Acting Your Monologue Physically


Create a character stance or posture. Do you, as the character, have a straight
or slumped posture? Do you hold your head up straight or does your head hang
down? As the character, establish the way you use your hands, your feet, your
face. How do you stand? How do you use your hands? How do you express
emotion with your face? How do you use your arms?
