● Designed the mentorship program and assigned freshman or transfer education majors to junior
and sophomore education majors. The mentorship program was created to provide peer support
for new education majors as they experienced their freshman year in the program. Lead several
Teachable Moments workshops on APA citations and advising tips from a senior education
major, on how best to succeed in the program.
