Project Management Office Analyst
Reports to:
PMO Lead
Job Overview:
The PMO Analyst’s main responsibility will be analyzing/improving current-state processes and
designing/ensuring compliance to future-state processes in the Projects & Engineering Department.
Additionally, the position would be responsible for gathering, managing, and reporting the
department’s data in a timely manner and provide technical support to the department managers
and Sector Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline from a
recognized university
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar position
PMP Certification would be an asset
Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365O, Microsoft Power
BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
Skillful in the use of project management frameworks and reporting cycles
Knowledge and application of Project Management and Process Improvement practices and
procedures
Ability to gather, interpret, manage and represent complex technical data in a concise
manner
Strong ability to work in an adaptive and agile manner to deliver insightful analytics within
deadline
Knowledge on database management systems
Ability to build strong professional relationships
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exemplary attention to details
