Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst

Reports to:
PMO Lead

Job Overview:
The PMO Analyst’s main responsibility will be analyzing/improving current-state processes and
designing/ensuring compliance to future-state processes in the Projects & Engineering Department.
Additionally, the position would be responsible for gathering, managing, and reporting the
department’s data in a timely manner and provide technical support to the department managers
and Sector Director.

Responsibilities & Duties:


 Create and improve standard operating procedures and systems for department with key
performance indicators
 Analyze and manage all data for department and develop dashboard reporting system on
Power BI
 Create standard reporting templates to facilitate dashboard design for department
 Manage, recommend, and implement required improvements to department
methodologies ensuring compliance with constant monitoring
 Analyze and compile all status and financial report data for technical reports and
presentations within required timeframe
 Provide support to department managers and ensure compliance to all policies and
procedures
 Review and monitor IT programs for software performance and compliance
 Analyze and improve IT reporting systems and procedures
 Collaborate with financial, IT, and sales departments to form solutions for department
processes and data management systems

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline from a
recognized university
 Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in similar position
 PMP Certification would be an asset
 Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365O, Microsoft Power
BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
 Skillful in the use of project management frameworks and reporting cycles
 Knowledge and application of Project Management and Process Improvement practices and
procedures
 Ability to gather, interpret, manage and represent complex technical data in a concise
manner
 Strong ability to work in an adaptive and agile manner to deliver insightful analytics within
deadline
 Knowledge on database management systems
 Ability to build strong professional relationships
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exemplary attention to details
