Choosing and trusting JHCSC as the institution that I would be attending to in my

tertiary years was worth it. We with my parents never doubted with our decision before that I
will be studying in JHCSC. Aside that it's very convenient for us because it's not expensive and
not too far from our home we know that this institution can provide a service with quality that
would satisfy every learner's needs. Just as how I chooses my school was also the way I chooses
my course which is the Bachelor of Elementary Education.

Upon choosing the course, I know that I will be facing a great challenge in my
college years. I know that I really have to bear with many responsibilities in this course.
Responsibilities like to study the best that I can, do the effort to pass every tests and be active
on whatever activities given are the ones that I need to focus on. I did already expected before
that I will be doing demonstrations and will be preparing lots of different Instructional
materials. The idea that it would possibly be that hard was always present in my mind, but I
know that I'm ready to commit this right before choosing the course. That is one of my role as a
student of the BEED course. To do whatever the responsibility and duty of a student of such
area. I also believe that part of my responsibility is to early practice manifesting the
characteristics of a professional kind of teacher. I need and must be ready to face any
challenges that this course could give me. Because I know that this is for me to enhance my
skills for my profession someday. I believe that all of these could also be part of my role as
JHCSCian.

Furthermore, other part of my role as JHCSCian is to follow the rules and

regulations of the institution, to understand and aim what the VMGO wanted to achieve for the
school and for the learners who are trusting its services. The school wanted to produce
graduates with high quality of learning and I must say that we must help the school for that by
studying very well and to not take for granted its good service. I know that it is not that easy to
fulfill such roles and responsibilities as a student in general saying, but I believe that we can
make it easier if we really are dedicated with the path that we choose right from the start. To
conclude this, I can say that doing your part as a student cannot be easily fulfilIed but is all
worth it if you will do it right and can finally achieved your goal in the end. My past first year as
JHCSCian and as a student of BEED course was a mixed experience. It was fun and enjoyable but
was also very tiring and disappointments really occurs sometimes. But however, I am very
thankful enough that I belong in JHCSC and as part of the student in the BEED course. JHCSC is
truly a blessing for us as one of the means through reaching our dreams.
