RE: School Based In – Service Training December 2020

1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 484, s. 2020 SCHOOL WORKSHOP ON THE

PREPARATION OF WEEKLY HOME LEARNING PLAN AND OTHER LEARNING MATERIALS,
this office announces the conduct of the School Based In - Service Training on December
15 - 19, 2020 from 9:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon via Google Meet.

2. This activity is aimed to:

a. Review the 1st Quarter Implementation of the School Learning Continuity
Plan on the insights gained; and
b. Develop the Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) for regular class and
other learning materials such as activity sheets for SPED and IPED for
Quarter 2.

3. Participants to this training are all teachers from Grade 7 – 10. Google Meet link will be
sent 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

4. Attached is the Training Management Team, Training Matrix and Sample Attendance Sheet.
