WHAT HAVE I LEARNED SO FAR?

1. Integrative art is a type of learning method that is being used for educational purposes
with the concepts of art and design.

2. "To expand people's understanding of a general subject area, while simultaneously


developing a larger extent of understanding and appreciation of both fine and performing
arts". The objective of Integrative art is to develop an individuals' understanding and
approach in art through interest in art and design.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED SO FAR?

1. New Media technologies: Digital art, video games, robotics and virtual arts.

2. The interconnectivity of the Internet, including the growing competition between


commercial and business interests, governmental interests, and public interests that gave
birth to the Web today, has inspired many artists that make new media art.

WHAT HAVE I LEARNED SO FAR?

1. Everything becomes entertaining when Art is present. And for educational purposes,
involving art is a must for learning methods and style. Many educators uses art to develop
their student's abilities and to also let them enjoy while studying while witnessing the
beauty of art.

2. According to the Edutopia contributor Fran Smith, the effect of incorporating art in
education as " associated with gains in math, reading, cognitive ability, critical thinking
and verbal skill".

BEYOND WALLS 1.1: APPLY IT IN REAL LIFE

Title: Art for a Cause: Unending ordeals, but we'll never be apART.

I. Objective

The "Art for a Cause: Unending ordeals, but we'll never be apART" is a project that aims
to help people suffering in this Pandemic. The main objective of this art project is to bring
support to individuals and provide them financial stability despite of these trying times.
Also to improve, nurture and put in good cause the talent of our fellow Filipino artists.

II. Materials

This is a home-based project and open for everyone. They just need their art materials,
phones and their determination.

III. Procedures
Since it is a home-based program, all participants will post their artworks through
different social media platforms and sell it with reasonable price. They just have to register
on our website (www.neverapart.com) to become a valid participant. Proceeds will be
collected and send to our respective bank accounts and it will be transferred to help our
kababayans that is being hardly affected by this Pandemic.

REFLECT UPON

Integrative art is a form of educating inidvidual through the use of art. On the other hand,
traditional art is normally being passed from generations to generations.

GENERALIZATION

1. Integrative Art is the art used for educational purposes to develop one's understanding
of arts through different art forms.

2. Contemporary Arts is the art made by artists living in today's time. Integrative art is
relevant by the means of its techniques and technologies to initiate different art forms.
