This contract is made on 9th September,2020 between Chief Engineer, Department of

Roads, Lingmethang, Mongar (hereinafter called “the Employer”) and M/s Bjakar
Sand, Stone and Aggregate Supplier, Chamkhar, Bumthang: Trade License No:
R5008498 (hereinafter called “the Contractor”) of the other part.

Whereas the Employer is desirous that the contractor executes the supply
of construction material for the FY: 2020-202, Bid Ref. No:
DoR/ROL/Mtc-12/2020-2021/e-01 (hereinafter called “the goods”) and the
employer has accepted the bid by the contractor for the execution and
completion of the s materials supply for the FY: 2020-2021.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. In this contract, words and expressions shall have the same meanings
as are respectively assigned to them in the General Conditions of
Contract thereinafter referred to, and they shall be deemed to form and
be read and construed as the part of this contract.

2. In consideration of the payment to be made by the employer to the

contractor as thereinafter mentioned, the contractor hereby covenants
with the employer to execute and complete the works and remedy any
defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the
contract.

3. The employer hereby covenants to pay the contractor in consideration of the

execution and completion of the works and the remedying of defects therein,
the contract price or such other sum as may become payable under the
provision of the contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the
contract.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Agreement No: DoR/ROL/ Mtc: 09/2020-2021/

This contract is made on 11th September,2020 between Chief Engineer,

Department of Roads, Lingmethang, Mongar (hereinafter called “the Employer”)
and M/s M/s Tshering Wangchuk Hiring : Trade License No: 6008464
(hereinafter called “the Contractor”) of the other part.

Whereas the Employer is desirous that the contractor executes the supply
of Vehicles and Machinery for the FY: 2020-202, Bid Ref. No:
DoR/ROL/Mtc-14/2020-2021/e-04 (hereinafter called “the goods”) and
the employer has accepted the bid by the contractor for the execution and
completion of Hiring for the FY: 2020-2021.

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

33. In this contract, words and expressions shall have the same meanings
as are respectively assigned to them in the General Conditions of
Contract thereinafter referred to, and they shall be deemed to form and
be read and construed as the part of this contract.

34. In consideration of the payment to be made by the employer to the

contractor as thereinafter mentioned, the contractor hereby covenants
with the employer to execute and complete the works and remedy any
defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the
contract.

35. The employer hereby covenants to pay the contractor in consideration of the
execution and completion of the works and the remedying of defects therein,
the contract price or such other sum as may become payable under the
provision of the contract at the times and in the manner prescribed by the
contract.

36. The documents forming the contract shall be interpreted in the following
order of priority :
i. The signed contract agreement
ii. The Letter of Acceptance
iii. Contractors Bid
iv. The General Condition of Contract
v. The Special Condition of Contract
vi. Technical Specification

In witness whereof the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be executed in
accordance with the laws of Bhutan on the day, month and year first before
written.
