This is to notify you that your Bid for the execution of the work “Resurfacing work on
Gangola-Lhuntse SNH (In stretches at Ch. 12.72-13.83 Km & Ch. 14.835-28), Identification
No. DoR/ROL/Mtc-2020-2021/14/e-06 for the contract Price of Nu. 20,882,228.6
(TWENTY MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY EIGHT ONLY) as corrected and modified in accordance with the
instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

The contract in duplicate is attached hereto, hereby you are instructed to:

1. Confirm your acceptance of this letter of Acceptance by signing and dating both
copies of it, and returning one copy to us no later than (5) days i.e. 24 th
November,2020 from the date hereof; and

2. Submit the performance Security 10% of the initial contract Amount, amounting to
Nu. 2,088,222 (TWO MILLION EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO) Only from reputed Financial Institution acceptable to
the procuring Agency in the form of unconditional bank guarantee valid till end of
defect Liability Period, within 5days after the receipt of the Letter of Acceptance.

Price of Nu. 9057426.300 (NINE MILLION FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED TWENTY SIX POINT THREE ZERO) as corrected and modified in
accordance with the instructions to Bidders is hereby accepted by our Agency.

The contract in duplicate is attached hereto, hereby you are instructed to:

1. Confirm your acceptance of this letter of Acceptance by signing and dating both

December,2020 from the date hereof; and

2. Submit the performance Security 10% of the initial contract Amount, amounting to
Nu. 905742.63 (NINE HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
FORTY TWO POINT SIX THREE) Only from reputed Financial Institution
acceptable to the procuring Agency in the form of unconditional bank guarantee valid
till end of defect Liability Period, within 5days after the receipt of the Letter of
Acceptance.
