Activity no.1

1.Which among the activities are you familiar with?


-between of that two related activities…I’ve familiar in outdoor activities because in indoor activities I
never experience that activity … I’ve lot experience the outdoor activities like climbing ,biking, hunting
fish, and also hiking.

2.Have you participated in one or two of the activities?


-Yes, I’ve only participate in outdoor because I’ve already experience that activity when I am grade 7.

3.If yes, when the last time you participated in that activity? Where?
-when I am grade 7 to grade 10 , in the Gingoog City Comprehensive National High School.

4.How was your experience?


-its very cool and that time I’m very excited because all of us classmate are we must do that activities.
Ant there is a little bit pain when it’s done, but is very cool and very comfortable to do that exercises.

1.How do you feel about the activity?


-I feel the happiness because the activity that very hard to me is dancing and its already done so that I
feel happy . And also I feel confident, capable, and I feel less anxiety and stress and even less physical
pain.
2.What are the health benefits you can get from Zumba?
*It's fun. The more you enjoy your exercise routine, the more likely you are to stick with
it.
*Great for weight loss
*Tones your entire body
*Boosts your heart health
*Helps you de-stress
*Improves coordination
*Makes you happy
