Narrative Report

In compliance to the Deped Memorandum No. 202 s. 2019 entitled Celebration of Nutrition
Month 2019, Dakila Elementary School observed different activities during the conduct of Nutrition
Month Celebration.

Last July 26, 2019, the activities for the Nutrition Month Celebration, with the theme “ Kumain
ng wasto at maging aktibo..push natin ‘to!, took place. To raised awareness in the community, a parade
was organized which was participated by every grade level wearing their costumes for kindergarten and
headdresses for grades 1 – 6. Following this, the most striking costumes in Kindergarten and
headdresses for grades 1 – 6 are announced and given prizes sponsored also by PTA officers. Also, to
promote being active, the PTA officers organized a Zumba which was participated by Kinder to grade 6
pupils including the teachers. Afterwards, the pupils were fed through the help of Ma’am Zeny De Jesus.

With the help and cooperation of both parents and teachers, the program was indeed a success
