SEQUENCE NOTES: (a) Record ‘as found’ conditions as appropriate (b) The topping up/f111ing point on Both types of RA fs 1/4 BSP ‘Hansen’ plug. 1. Clean and inspect exterior of unit. 2. Open Front cover and check condition of gasket (on Mark 1 version only). J. Where a fixed gauge is provided: On Wk 1 version, ensure pressure is in accordance with the chart below. On Mk 2 version, ensure gauge needle is in the green sector above the black band. here necessary topping up will be done with pretested gas and in accordance with Work Specification 05/612, ‘and to pressures indicated in the charts below. 4. Operate both ring switches to the circuit earth position. 5. Open earth point test access covers situated under the middle ring switch. Ensure sufficient contact, pressure, Clean and lubricate contacts with class 4 grease. Reclose earth point test access covers. 6. Remove weatherproof top cover. 2. Examine mechanism. Check security of all split pins and all other fasteners. 8, Lightly lubricate mechanism with class 2 011. 9. Reassemble weatherproof top cover. 10. Ensure that all interlocks operate correctly. 11, Operate the ring switehes and CB to its normal service operating position.
