Music Video Shooting Script

Description of visuals Lyrics

(0.00)-(0.21) wide shot of the open fields and INTRO MUSIC

scenery, still.
(0.21)-(0.44) slow motion of Rowan running in
a straight line starting from behind the camera.

Mid shot of Libby against a wall in a dimly lit

hallway and slowly slides to the floor Up on my side, where it is felt
On “world” shot changes to a slow motion of I pack a little pistol on my pistol belt
Rowan turning around to face the camera and on I think it might be fear
“way” changes back to the slow motion running Of the world and the way it makes you feel
afraid

Shot follows Libby into the bathroom and we

see her from her refection the mirror

Under the skin, against the skull

Shot changes again to Rowan sat against a tree They put a little chip so that they know it all
holding a camera and slowly zooms into the I think I might be scared
camera

Of the world and the way it makes you feel

afraid
We follow Rowan get up and start chasing And how it gets in the way
Caren around with the camera and finally they And now I want brimstone in my garden
get a picture of Caren, shot changes to
“cameras” point of view on Caren
I want roses set on fire
And I, well I want what's best for me
The camera slowly zooms out to reveal Libby in And I, I think I know just what that means
the bathroom holding the picture of Caren in her Just what that means
hands

Today I coo, today I caw

I have a pistol party and I kill 'em all
I think I might be scared
On “men” Libby slams the door to the
bathroom, cutting to the beat we get a four shot
of libby in various positions showing she is
struggling, all dimly lit.
Libby is back against the wall in the hallway Of the man and the men with their hands
inside

Back to slow motion of Rowan running outside And the women, oh, the women all they do is
in the fields cry
And I, well I lose my mind
Libby lighting a rose on fire and holding it up to
the mirror in the bathroom before putting it out
Pre-Production Booklet

under the running water And now I found brimstone in my garden

Libby holding a gun up to the mirror I found roses set on fire

Gun falls to the floor in slow motion And I found Jesus, what a liar
Libby leaves the bathroom and the camera pans So I trade licks with Muddy Waters
to the picture of Caren on the side of the sink

And I, well I found what's best for me

And now I see no tragedy
Rowan running in the fields And I, I found a burning rose
And now I won't be packing little pistols

No, no, no more

Lighting Information: Solutions:

Little natural lighting available I want the scene to be less lit up however if
4 overhead lights in the hallway and light is needed I can black out windows and use
1 overhead in bathroom but mirror is lit up a top light.

Office noises from the room over, Tumble As a Music Video the sound won’t be used
dryer, house next door having work done therefore isn’t an issue.

2 power sockets in the hallway, none in the Charge everything up before and an extra
bathroom battery. Can charge again in lunch break if
needed.
