7. Carpet Area is exclusive of Balconies, Utility/Wash Area as per RERA*; and should there be any difference in the rate/sft on carpet area is due to round off the nearest ruppee value.
8. All payments to be made favouring "GOYAL HARIYANA CONSTRUCTIONS "payable at Bangalore.
9. Delayed payment interest charged would attract additional applicable GST & incase of cancelation prior to agreement exectuion, refund amount will be after deducting applicable GST.

10. The above payment schedule is linked to construction. However as a special payment sheme opted by me/us. I/We agree to make payment as per the time bound schedule. I/We also understand and agree, since the project completion is linked to
construction stages and should the same is completed prior to the time bound schedule. I/We agree to make the necessary payments as and when "GOYAL HARIYANA CONSTRUCTIONS" raises a demand of the same.

11. If this document is unsigned/undated by the allottee/s and if not countersigned by the representative of "GOYAL HARIYANA CONSTRUCTIONS" this will not be treated as a valid official document and there will be no confirmation for an
allottment of unit in the said project "ORCHID WHITEFIELD" & "GOYAL HARIYANA CONSTRUCTIONS" will not be held responsible or liable in whatsoever manner.

13. As per Sec 194-1A of the Income Tax Department; w.e.f from 01st June 2013,1% TDS is to be deducted from every installment paid towards the purchase of immovable property that is above INR 50 Lakhs.
