Kick-off your new year with a new driving opportunity at a company that values honesty,
transparency, and support for its most valuable asset -- its drivers.

A fast-growing Michigan-based trucking company is inviting you to kick off 2021 by

joining a team that cares about truck drivers — and is willing to offer the pay, equipment,
and benefits to prove it.
On December 2, Grand Rapids-headquartered trucking company Sweet Express LLC
announced a driver pay increase based on both tenure and performance. Company
leaders say that with the new and improved pay program, some top-performing drivers
saw a 6 cent pay increase per mile. The pay increase is part of the company’s
commitment to putting the needs of drivers first.

Sweet Express also rewards onboarding drivers by offering highly competitive pay during
training. Through the training program, drivers earn $100 per day until they are able to
hit the road on their own. After that, they start earning $0.45 per mile.

Another reason that drivers are choosing Sweet Express is that the company is showing
steady, significant growth — even in a year of economic uncertainty that has caused
other companies to struggle. This year, Sweet Express will continue its annual push to
expand its fleet with the purchase of 50 to 100 new Kenworths or Internationals.
