Every time the engine is started, the travel mode is selected at low speed.

Purpose
The travel motor tilting angle is changed by switching the travel speed between low
speed and high speed with the
switch. (Travel speed switchover)
Operation explanation
1. When the key is turned ON, the travel 2-speed switchover solenoid turns OFF,
and the travel mode icon on the monitor goes to low speed.
2. When the travel speed switchover switch is pressed, the travel 2-switchover
solenoid turns ON, and the travel mode icon on the monitor goes to high
speed.

to low speed.
* Even when the travel 2-speed switchover solenoid is ON, the tilting angle will
automatically switch over to low speed due to a travel motor function if the travel
motor drive pressure becomes high. However, the travel 2-speed switchover
solenoid is ON.

Each of these modes can be selected by pressing and releasing the button until the
desired mode is selected.

Auto Idle Switch
Auto Idle starts when all the conditions below are satisfied.
1. The auto idle mode switch is pressed, turning the auto idle mode ON.
2. An operating lever has not been operated for a continuous period of 5 sec. (The
upper, swing, travel, option 1, and option 2 pressure sensor are OFF for a
continuous period of 5 sec.)

Purpose
While in Idle Stop mode with the engine under 1200 rpm, if the controller detects no
machine operation for three minutes

Idle stop mode operates after performance of steps 1 through 3 below.
1. The idle stop switch is pressed, switching on the idle stop mode.
2. If the gate lever is raised, the engine speed is less than 1200 min-1, and the
throttle volume, auto idle switch and one-touch idle switch are not operated for a
continuous

3. After another 10 sec., the idle stop relay turns ON and the engine stops.
* To restart, the key is switched OFF, and cranking is performed to start the engine.
* If a restart is not performed, the key is to be switched OFF.
A Warning Message is displayed on the monitor – “Idle Shut Down” – buzzer sounds.
After 10 seconds of warning message than Idle Stop Relay will be ON, and engine
will shut-down.

While in Auto Idle + Idle Stop mode if the controller detects no machine operation for
five seconds from the Pressure Transducers than engine will be first lowered to 1200
rpm.

Operation conditions for pressure boost control (SP or H mode)
The operation starts when all the following conditions are satisfied.
1. When high-load

2. When the work mode is SP or H mode.
End conditions for pressure boost control (SP or H mode)
The operation ends under the following conditions.
1. When 8 sec. or longer elapses after starting the pressure boost (pressure boost time
expires)

1. expires, pressure boost is not performed again
unless the operation lever is returned one time to neutral.
2. When an attachment operation is not performed (upper pressure sensor OFF)
3. When a travel or option operation is performed (travel or option pressure
sensor ON)
* Pressure boost is not performed to protect the travel and option circuits.
Operation conditions for pressure boost control (A mode)
When the work mode is A mode, pressure boost is performed for the lifting work.
* When a travel or option operation is performed in A mode, the pressure boost is
continued.

Purpose
Displays the coolant temperature using a meter and bar graph. (Coolant temperature
check)
Operation explanation
1 When the key is turned ON
1. ON, the coolant temperature meter indicates the current
coolant temperature range.
2. When the camera screen select switch is pressed to switch to the camera screen,
the coolant temperature bar graph is displayed.
3. The meter and bar graph are not displayed if coolant temperature sensor trouble
is detected.

Oil Temperature Indicator
Purpose
Displays the oil temperature on a meter. (Oil temperature check)
Operation explanation
1. When the key is turned ON, the oil temperature meter indicates the current oil
temperature range.
2. When the camera screen select switch is pressed to switch to the camera screen,
the oil temperature meter is not displayed.
3. The meter is not displayed if oil temperature sensor trouble is detected.

The normal work screen displays the hour meter. If the hour meter switch is
pressed the trip meter is displayed.
In standard screen (work screen), switching of the hour meter/trip meter is possible
when push "Hour meter switch".
If the camera mode (view) is selected the Hour Meter / Trip meter does not
appear on the screen.
Note: The hours can not be changed (with the monitor or EST) if the monitor
becomes defective and needs to be replaced. A new monitor will come with 0
hours on it.

Enables the radio volume to be turned ON or OFF with a one-touch operation.
Operation explanation
1. Each time the radio mute switch is pressed, the radio volume is switched
between ON and OFF.
2. When the key is switched ON, the radio always starts with mute off (normal
radio volume).

When the DPD gauge is not MAX, it flashes with white.

Purpose
Displays on the monitor whether energy-saving operation is being performed. (Eco
function)
Operation explanation
1. The eco gauge is displayed on the monitor.
2. The eco-saving performance is judged in levels from 0 to 9.(The higher the
number, the better the eco performance.)
In SP mode, the maximum is 4. Work mode &
In H mode, the maximum is 6. Throttle Volume
In A mode, the maximum is 8.
In low idle, the maximum is 9.

Operation explanation
1. When the key is turned ON, the camera screen can be viewed by pressing the
camera screen switch.
• Each time the camera screen switch is pressed, the screen alternates
between the work screen and the camera screen.
• In the camera screen,, onlyy the minimum required

displayed.
2. When the camera select switch is pressed in the camera screen, the screen
display can be selected in the order of rear → side → rear + side → rear.
• To perform camera selection, camera ON must be set in the camera setting
screen.
• The camera select switch is enabled when multiple cameras are set. The
switch does not respond if there is only 1 rear camera
camera.
3. If image interruption due to camera trouble (disconnection, etc.) is detected, the
camera screen turns black and ERROR is displayed.
* When the camera select switch is pressed in the work screen, the hour / trip meter
select switch function is not activated.
•The camera screen switch is disabled if no cameras are mounted.

Cursor moves up and down when push ③ or ④ buttons. When you select the item

Indicates there is only one bar on the fuel gauge. Add diesel fuel
immediately to avoid any damage to the engine.
These are the warning display messages that an operator could see in the normal
work screen view.

• HYD. OIL FILTER
• FUEL FILTER
• CHECK FLOW RATE

numerical indication department is displayed white.。
Next, with ①・② buttons to perform a numerical change. When choose "MACHINE
SELECT" and push ①・② buttons, page moves.
When the setting of the all page is complete and pushes ⑤ button, become the work
screen
screen.
At this stage, the model setting becomes the end.
