PERFORMANCE EVALUTAION METRICS:

 Net promoter score= (Number of Promoter Scores/ total number

of respondents)-(number of detractors scores/total number of
respondents)
 Employee efficiency= Divide the standard labor hours by the
actual amount of time worked and multiply by 100. 
 Product defects= amount of defective products observed divided
by the number of units tested
 No. of units produced= units produced/ total no. of
employees
 Revenue per employee= total revenue/FTE
 Profit per FTE= Total profit/FTE
 Absenteeism rate= number of absence days during year/number
of available work days during years.
 Overtime per employee= Total hours of overtime/FTE
 Timeliness= IF({ACTUAL TIME}={AGREED TIME}- ONTIME
IF({ACTUAL TIME}>{AGREED TIME}- LATE BY Mins/Hours
 Performance ratings department wise= Number of Low performers;
and Number of High performers; percentage
