After Beaux and Bauhaus school of thought this was established that how to understand Architecture.
Industrial revolution, invention of steam engine and use of steel share strong effects on Planning,
Engineering and Architecture. Urban growth set new trend setter in living standards. High rise buildings,
suburbs, city to city connectivity through fast trains and motor way, airplanes and by ships. This was
first phase of fast urban growth. City Planning and building architecture day to day by complex in
nature due to growth rate in population of world. Especially after 90’s cities and urban growth sets
new challenges for earth like global warming. The evolution of buildings changed dramatically with the
advent of air conditioning, which significantly increased the electricity demands of buildings.
