ABOUT DESIGNER
The name given is Ainul Afifa Binti Mohd Nizam
(1813534). She was born in Seremban, Negeri
Sembilan, Malaysia on 21st July 1999 and staying
in Tanjung Malim, Perak, Malaysia.

SITE INTRODUCTION

KEY PLAN LOCATION SITE PLAN

PLAN

Pekan is a district in Pahang Darul Makmur. It is the royal town for the
state itself. Its name is derived from a plant species, Brunsifolia latifolia
(Bunga Pekan).

The chosen site for the action plan is located near Jabatan Pertanian
Permatang Pauh, Pekan, Pahang. This area is focused to be developed
as an agritourism centre for Pekan.
 DESIGN AIM:
To promote Ladang Saujana as an
agritourism centre while complementing
the image and access of Pekan Royal
Town, Pahang.
DESIGN CONCEPT

'Putik Tradisi Hijau'

Symbolizes Ladang Saujana as the place where major

agritourism activity starts in Pekan while embedding
the nature and traditional features of Pahang in its
planning.

embedment of local motives which can help

 PLANTING CONCEPT

'Mekaran Nyaman'
'Mekaran’ is representing the healthy and beauty of blooming
shoots of each plants while portraying the variety of bright
colours that be seen through the flowers from the selected
plants.

'Nyaman' is a connotation to a positive feeling that gives

calmness to the users which is to be derived from the
landscape setting itself.
