TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
php 3,000 reservation fee to block the slot (will be less from total cost)
70% Downpayment at least two weeks before event .
30% Full payment before or on the day of event(we dont accept CHECK payment for last balance unless
deposited atleast 5 days before event.
All packages subject to 10% service charge from total cost ( waiters service fee)
Additional 500 pesos for diesel in Q.C. ,Manila ,Pasig,Makati,Valenzuela,Taguig,Mandaluyong,Caloocan,Marikina.
Additional Transportation fee in Las pinas,Paranaque,Muntinlupa, Antipolo / Masinag,
Montalban,Rizal,Tongko,Bulacan.
30% of the contract price will be charged upon “early” cancellation of the contract.
40% of the contract price will be charged upon cancellation made a week before the event date.
60% of the contract price will be charged if cancellation is made one day before the event date.
100% of the contract price will be charged if cancellation made on the day of the event day.
Any losses, breakage, gate entrance fee will be charged to the client.
Any Subdivision fee and or CATERER’S BOND should be shouldered by the client.
Service of staffs are up to four (4) hours only from start of event(setup time is free, Overtime Fee of Php50.00 per
hour per staff).
Additional Php50.00 per floor per staff if the event is held in a building without service elevator or if the loading
area is 50 meters away from the venue.
Lechon Corkage is P500 if w/ whole letchon.(for waiters)
Extra food warmer rental is 200 per set.
Catering equipment service 4 hours only from event proper, in excess there will be a charge of Php200 per hour
aside from waiters overtime fee of service.
