4. Project Summary

1) Infra Work

 Elevated Drive Way and Surface Road – Access Road from National Highway.

 Aircraft Parking Apron (542,000 m2) in front of New Terminal, connecting Taxiways
(95,000 m2) and Improvement of Storm Drainage system etc.

2) Building Work

 Total GFA is approximately 354,000 m2.

 3rd International Terminal (GFA 230,000 m2), Multi Lever Car Parking (GFA 54,000 m2),
New Cargo Terminal (GFA 63,000 m2), and Fire Station (GFA 4,000 m2) etc.

3) MEP Work

 All basic MEP Works including Airport ground lighting system, Passenger Boarding
Bridges, Central A/C, BHS, Escalator, Luggage Scanning system, FIDS, CCTV etc.

 Utilities – Power Supply, Duct Bank, Water Supply, Sewage Treatment etc.

4) Construction Period: 48 Months

 7th Apr 2020 ~ 6th Apr 2024
