  Declaration for its food grade quality complying to codex or FDA
requirements.

Manufacturer's HACCP/BRC or equivalent food safety

certification can be considered as compliance for allergens,
pesticide residues and contaminants.
All products must be labeled with production and expiry date wherever is
applicable.

If deliveries are NOT accompanied by the above documents ,

Forsan has no responsibility to accept the product in question.
