Reason For Request

1. At present SOS Copy has not been given to the concerned WIC. In this regard, we need to modify the
point # 1 & 2.
2. We shall request you to add the term of FPRR(Finished product release report) in the point # 7
3. We shall request you add the point # 13 related finished goods return from customer.

Proposed Changes to Document

1. Point # 7- After releaseof finished goods receiving report (FGRR), followed by FPRR
(finished product release report) by quality control department, WIC must prepare
the stock transfer report by filling out the necessary data.
2. Point # 13- If any F/Goods returned from customer, upon receipt of the materials
WIC must prepare the FGRR with the remark of Returned from customer details and
submit to Q.C. for analysis for further action.
3. Remove the term WIC from the point # 1 and the point # 2- the respective WIC has
to get the SOS Copy(controlled) from the warehouse controller, must arrange the
order qty if available or co ordinate with production department for production in
lead time.
