    COMMERCIAL CIVIL SUIT NO.349/2019.

    ORDER BELOW EXHIBIT – 1 :
    Pursuant   to   the   Government   Notification   No.GK/28/2020/

    SPC/102017 /GOI­44/D dated 26.10.2020, the present suit is ordered
    to   be   sent   to   the   City   Civil   Court,   Ahmedabad.   The   suit   is   hereby
    accordingly disposed off. 

    Ad­interim   relief   granted   earlier,   if   any,   is   extended   till   the


    matter is notified before the City Civil Court, Ahmedabad. 

    The   parties   to   the   suit   are   directed   to   remain   present   on


    05.12.2020 before the City Civil Court, Ahmedabad.
