INTRODUCTION
• Agriculture has been the backbone of the economy and it will continue to remain.
• Farming has undergone a great evolution in last 50 years.
• During initial days there was only hand spraying people use to do.
• Then slowly there has been development of various methods to spray out
chemicals and dusts.
• Generally, cultivation of any crop involves various steps like ploughing,
harvesting, sowing, and irrigation.
3
• Farmer has to use various agricultural equipment’s and labours for caring out these
steps.
• Our purpose is to combine all the individual tools to provide farmers with
multipurpose equipment which implements all the scientific farming techniques
and specifications, suitable for all type of seed to seed cultivation with minimum
cost as possible.
• Ploughing, seeding, water spraying, pesticide spraying all this can be done in this
same machine.

COMPONENTS
The main components used in this machine are as follows:
i. Plough Tool
ii. Rolling Chassis
iii. Wheels
iv. Rotating Lever
v. Seed Basin
vi. Storage Tank x 2
vii. Pulling Handle
viii. Connecting Hook
ix. Hydraulic Spray Nozzles

1. Plough Tool
2. Rotating Lever
16
3. Rolling Chassis
4. Wheels
• Made up of Rubber.
• Back wheels of the machine has 360° rotation.
• No extra space is required to turn the vehicle.
17
5. Seed Basin

8. Storage Tank
20
WORKING
• In this system the whole components is carried
out by four wheel chassis
• Here the front of the machine is equipped with a
plougher which is attached to the chassis.
• The up and down movement of the plougher can
be done by the screw arrangement.
• By rotating the liver attached with the screw in
clockwise direction the plougher will move in
downward direction and vice versa.
21
WORKING
• The seed basin is attached with the front
wheel axle which has small holes around the
outer periphery of the basin which can pass
one seed at a time and this basin rotates
along with the rotation of axle.
• Two tanks are placed at the back end of the
machine for the storage of water and
pesticide.
22
WORKING
• These tanks are operated by using two separate
valves which is placed in between the tanks.
• These two tanks are connected with two pipe
each parallel to the wheel axle which consists of
six nozzles faced towards soil for spraying
water/pesticide.
• A pulling handle is connected to the chassis by
screwing it up for the manual movement of the
machine using man power.
23
WORKING
• This pulling handle can be dismantled for
connecting the connecting hook which can be
connected with vehicles so that the machine can
be driven by using engine power or even with
the bullock cart for machining in a traditional
way.
• Here the back wheels of the machine has 360°
rotation.
• So that no extra space is required to turn the
vehicle.
24
ADVANTAGES
• It can perform multiple agricultural operations at a
time
• It reduces the effort of farmer by mechanizing the
process
• It increases the productivity rate by reducing the
production time
• It reduces the no of labours
• It increases the economic standard of the farmer by
reducing the production cost
25
LIMITATIONS
• There is no inbuilt engine for the motion of the
vehicle.
• Application of sensors are not used.
• Wireless technologies are not used.
• Operations like drilling, cutting cannot be done using
this machine.
26
CONCLUSION
• Based on the overall performance of the machine we can
definitely say that the project will satisfy the need of small
scale farmer, because they are not able to purchase costly
agricultural equipment.
• The machine required less man power and less time
compared to traditional methods, so if we manufacture it on
a large scale its cost gets significantly reduce and we hope
this will satisfy the partial thrust of Indian agriculture.
• So in this way we solve the labour problem that is the need
of today’s farming in India.
27
FUTURE SCOPE
• We can interface sensors to this Machine so that it can
monitor some parameters.
• We can add Wireless Technology to Control Machine.
• We can include more machining operations such as cutting,
drilling etc.
• We can add more equipment like soil testing tasks to this
project.
