While I an Australian sitting behind my computer far away from the USA somehow I may have a
much better view as to what really should be considered.

To speak of a “coup” hardly can be correct when those who were protesting hardly desired to
overthrow the Trump Administration.
Much of the misconception by many more than likely has resulted because of the way the Media
misrepresent matters versus “peaceful protests” when it came to BLM and Antifa riots and even
murders.
I will seek to set out below why any investigation should not be limited to whatever eventuated
in the Capital building but that one must consider what eventuated as a lead up. Unless matters
are appropriately investigated and the FBI doesn’t do another so to say keeping secret the
involvement of Democrats and their allies, any investigation simply is worthless. If anything, the
People have seen how the Mueller team wiped mobiles and were not held legally liable. We have
seen the destruction of the Clinton server, and again no one was held liable so far. And People up
with this all when they see their President ongoing having been harassed while the real
wrongdoers have essentially not just been let of the hook by the DOJ, etc, but even made monies
by publishing their versions of events. People have been left in the dark about the real issues and
details and the claimed 51 % more than likely is the result of misrepresentation of the real facts.
This is why it is very essential a SPECIAL PROSECUTOR investigated also the lead up to it
all.
In my view AG William Barr miserably appeared to be failing in dealing with the election
FRAUD and the theft of an election and if he had done his job a lot of anger now in the
community may not have arisen. For years I have been aware that People really were looking
forwards that the likes of Comey, Clinton and numerous others would be held legally
accountable for their crimes but it was really never to be. This is why there is such an ager
because the crooks are let off. And, this is why the election was comprehensively stolen because
those involved know that unlikely they will have to face the legal consequences.

No use to blame the People when they were very patient while their constitutional rights are
eroded and the election was stolen.
People had enough and well when law enforcement authorities are constantly failing to uphold
Law and Order and even underline a sitting president in all kinds of manner then the are left no
choice but to take action. They may in some manner have overreacted but the blame I view, as
set out below also, is squarely by the Members of Congress and their supporters who ongoing
violated their oath/affirmation to uphold the constitution. They did anything but to uphold their
oath/affirmation.
In my view this was not and never been intended to be some “coup” as after all they were
supporting the sitting President and his administration. It were in my view Members of Congress
and others public servants, the judges and many others who were doing a purge and the People
simply had been left with no choice but to address matters.

They simply had in my view no alternative left because no matter of the numerous court cases
the judges somehow seems to have rolled over with the criminal elements.
As the police in the past during the so-called BLM protest showed that there were a group who
infiltrated protesters and then they changed clothing and had tubes with points attacking the
police seeking to protect a statue. And, with the 6 January protest one has to investigate if the
same or similar was done, and I suspect that Kamala Harris made good on her word (see below)
that it wouldn’t stop.

As I also set out below, I view that Vice President Mike Pence is much a guilty party for having
failed to ensure that he appropriately complied with the rule of law.
I view he has an obligation to correct his error as not to do so will mean the anger will likely boil
over in time.

For some time I understood people to make comments such as “I rather die standing in my
booth then to be crawling like a slave”, meaning they were not going to accept to be subject to
communism.
I have been seeking to closely follow what you as President have been seeking to achieve and I
am well aware that essentially at every turn you were obstructed. You appeared to have been
surrounded by traitors and they appeared to me to make sure you couldn’t succeed in draining the
swamp.
I am a person who so to say call a spade a spade, and would not hesitate to cast my criticism if I
held you acted wrongly. However, I have absolutely no reason to criticise you. I gained
considerable respect for both you and your wife First Lady Melania and my wife in particular has
admiration for her and gave me the understanding the is the most elegant First Lady the White
House ever had.
I have expected all along that there will be a limit to what the People will take and well it boiled
over. No use to cry for spilled milk when the real criminals are those hiding behind the cover of
being Members of Congress and their criminal supporters abusing and misusing their positions.

In my view charging those who participated in the mayhem isn’t going to resolve the issues
rather it will further antagonise those who feel aggrieved. They seem to have lost confidence in
the legal system due to the way the courts refused to consider the “overwhelming evidence” that
was clearly proving that there was an elaborate FRAUD going on.
Joe Biden admitted to have set up an ELABORATE FRAUD as was done with Obama elections
and that I view must be properly investigated. He made an freely admission about it as did
Kamala Harris with her part in rioting to continue and neither one should hold any Office while
those issues are being investigated.

You cannot permit that those involved in setting up. Condoning riots, destruction, murders, etc,
somehow then can benefit to become Office holders. In my view, VP Pence failed considerably
to uphold the legal principles embedded in the constitution and well when the People became
aware of this they simply held their protest is the only way to draw attention.

I in no manner will seek to condone any violence, however, one must not be ignorant that law
and Order simply no longer existed. In my view, Chief Justice John Roberts should resign for
having failed to ensure that the Courts were available to consider the disputes.
I understand that there were death threats, etc, against lawyers who were working for the cause to
pursue justice and again, the courts seemed to be hell bend to blatantly disregard to provide
JUSTICE.
I had to go through this for many years until I finally succeeded in the courts but that was
because as a constitutionalist I was able to defeat all opponent Attorney-Generals. As such I can
understand the frustration that you may have and so the people.
In my view, Pelosi and other Democrats rather to show some compassion for the deaths, etc,
seems to me to rather drive their cause to communism further. That just shows that they are not a
bit interested to pursue JUSTICE for all.
In my view, this is a CIVIL WAR that appears to me to have been engineered by Kamala Harris
and her “movement” and to cave in isn’t going to do it. What is needed is strong leadership and
to make sure that neither Joe Biden (China Joe) or Kamala Harris can hold public office ever
again. They should not reap the fruits of their criminal activities.
Ordinary hard working Americans had their years of hard work destroyed where Kamala Harris
and her “movement” were making big bucks in donations while having the riots going on,
regardless that many police officers were even killed.
In my view, the time has come to finally acknowledge that using gloves to deal with those home
grown terrorist isn’t going to do it because using kid-gloves emboldens them more and more to
continue their crime spree.
In my view Sidney Powell would more than likely be an excellent SPECIAL PROSECUTOR,
as she seems to have a grip of what has been going on. Each and every Member of Congress
should be investigated to its ties with any foreign enemy state and be ousted from the congress.
Let the Congress return to have only Members who are representing the People and not their own
selfish criminal interest.
I understand that Vernon has come over to the Republicans (and from the video I happen to
watch some months ago) I personally view this will be very good. The Congress must be cleaned
out as Senator kamala Harris proved she was betraying the People, her constituents and her
oath/affirmation of Office to be associated with a movement that was rioting and even murdering
and well obviously the incentive was not only the monies they were making from this but also to
overthrow the sitting president. They are the once who were all along pursuing a coup, aided and
abetted by the media, and nothing is going to be resolved unless all those participants are being
held legally accountable,.
In law, a judge having handed down a decision and then discovering the decision was in
violation of legal provisions can then amend his own orders judgment to reflect what is legally
appropriate.
Likewise, I view that VP Mike Pence having in my view made a wrong decision to count
FRAULENT obtained Electoral College votes (slates) he then is entitled to review his
decision and revoke his counting, and direct for the States legislators to make the
appropriate determination which of the opposing slate is the appropriate slate to be
considered. And, not until this has been addressed by the various State legislatures can VP
Pence make a final decision.
VP Mike Pence as Vice President also has access to national security issues and it would be
absurd to hold that he could possibly knowingly approve an appointment of any person to a
office who is known to be involved with foreign enemy agents.
The clear distinction why the Constitution provides for the Vice President and not the Chief
Justice to be involved is as the Chief Justice has no direct access to national security issues
whereas the Vice President has. The Framers of the Constitution for this specifically held that the
Vice President could prevent an enemy agent to attain any particular office because of his
knowledge of national security issues. As I explained in my 9 January 2021 correspondence that
the Vice President as President of the Joint Session of Congress has a “political” position but is
still bound by the provisions of the Constitution and its embedded legal principles. This means
that while he is bound by constitutional doctrines he has however the right to use his “political”
knowledge to come to a certain decision, this the Chief Justice never could do.
As I understand it at the time presidential candidate Al Gore conceded but then later withdrew it.
“Conceding” merely is a so to say ceremonial conduct but itself has no legal value.
As President of the United States of America you have in my view been the beacon in the ocean
for Americans to avoid the USA to be renamed USC (United States of Communism).
Olga, my wife, has lived through the bombardment in Czechoslovakia, the appeasement by
Chamberlain to Hitler, and the subsequent communist take over of Czechoslovakia. Her then
(now Late) husband Mr Jaroslav Hlavka MIE Aust CP ENG was arrested and tortured for

supporters, etc, it never should result that he capitulate and then likely millions of Americans

Vice President Mike Pence should have been aware of this all and as such in his “political”
judgment as President of the Joint Session should have referred matters back to the States in
which Electoral College slates were disputed.
A judicial officer is not entitled to introduce his own personal views and knowledge in a court

Impeachment proceedings require a Chief Justice to preside and not the Vice President.

It would be absurd to expect or even to demand that a Vice President knowing that a person is a
agent for a foreign enemy nation nevertheless then should be permitted to become President,
including having access to atomic and other weapons of mass destruction, merely because he
doesn’t want to upset some persons.
In my view former Attorney-General William Barr was an utter disgrace not to have pursued the
election violations and neither acted to avoid any undue delays regarding the Biden
investigations. In my view, we now have various persons whose lives have been lost because he
failed to address the relevant issues. Likewise, with the FBI which somehow now is investigating
the mayhem of the 6th of January but not the instigators such as I view Kamala Harris was.
How did they get the plans (allegedly already on the internet for about a year) unless some
Member of Congress leaked the relevant information how to do such invasion of the congress.
Kamala Harris as a Member of Congress I understood stated

President never can do. She made clear to be the President and I understand Joe Biden referred to
her as President elect and also he would find an excuse on health reasons to resign so Kamala
Harris would become President.
This also I view implicated Joe Biden into the riots because he is part of a scheme to ensure
Kamala Harris can continue her destruction of what the USA stands for.
Kamala Harris and her “movement” (as she referred to) now appears to have succeeded and will
not stop. They view they are on a winning streak and this ought to be realized.
There must be a proper SPECIAL PROSECUTOR to investigate the judiciary, as to so to say

railroading all legal challenges. For sure, judges have a certain judicial freedom but when they
use absurd arguments to railroad a case to avoid considering the “evidence” then those judges in
my view are TRAITORS and should be removed from the bench.
Likewise, I view, with for example the Secretary of State who pursued to certify FRAUDLENT
election results. If there was nothing to hide then all election ballots and equipment should have
been provided for inspections. To make a claim nothing untoward was eventuating when clearly
even so to say BLIND FREDDY would see and know the truth, then I view the Secretary of
State should be removed from his/her position and any Governor who perpetrated this
FRAUDLENT conduct.
As we may keep in mind, that reportedly Lenin was using threats to get people to join them only
then to turn against them. Let no one therefore think that if they are going along with the purge
against Western society to install communist dictatorship, they will not be targeted in the long
run.
Why did Senator Lindsey Graham not pursue matters more rigidly as to the Hunter Biden and
other Biden issues? I understood we are dealing with reported sexual abuse, child trafficking,
murders, foreign enemy links, etc. What was the Senator doing other than to DO THE TALK
BUT NOT THE WALK?
To hold that Congress is secret where the TRAITORS are within to undermine the very
democracy they purport to uphold is asking for problems.
When you disgrace your own House then do not expect others to show respect.
When you are willing to violate the constitutional rights of the many then do not expect those
aggrieved to feel pity upon you.
At this crucial time, I have absolutely no doubt that Americans are facing an uprising being a
battle of good versus evil.
Now is not the time to so to say abandon the ship. Now the Captain (the President who is also the
Commander in Chief) must be there to guide the people to the best possible and least destructive
solution to reclaim constitutional rights for all Americans.

It is beyond me why Attorney-General William Barr did not pursue a GRAND JURY regarding
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris statements, both on video recordings.

In my view a NOW is the time LEADERSHIP needs to be shown.
Those who lost their lives should not have done so in vain. Their aim was to uphold the
Constitution and all Americans own a duty to ensure this will be honoured.
I understood that Biden promised $2,000 checks if people in the Georgia run off voted for the
Democratic candidates. To me, this violates electoral laws and should cause him to be
investigated and for this also be deemed to be ineligible to be President.
And the SPECIAL PROSECUTOR should also investigate the statements of numerous
Members of Congress who may be perceived to have endorsed the riots, etc. Being it by
falsifying what really eventuated during the riots or otherwise.

Likewise I view the SPECIAL PROSECUTOR should investigate the role of the Big Tech and
the MSM (Mainstream Media) as to their perversion of the truth and by this causing a build up
that ended with the 6 January mayhem.
The accumulation of “RULES FOR THEE BUT NOT FOR ME” where we had ongoing
destruction of the livelihood of Americans obviously was also likely underlying the
dissatisfaction by Americans when they are faced with arrogant politicians and public servants.
In my view BLM should be declared a “TERRORIST” organisation (as Antifa) and anyone who
has been funding them must be held legally accountable.
Those are I understand just a few who were financially supporting the rioters, etc.
The media referred to this kind of conduct as to be “peaceful protest”.

To apply this legal principle then the Democrats who were funding BLM, which was involved in
destruction, and even killing of people then they too should be charges. It appears to me the
Democrats desired the riots, etc, and regardless of the killing of people Kamala Harris made clear
they were not going to stop. And, well funding the BLM for this I view should make them liable
for criminal charges as they funding BLM are clearly inciting by this the continuation of the
violence and killings, etc.

In my view no one claim FREEDOM OF SPEECH guaranteed in the 1st Amendment in conduct
of insurrection, anarchism, treason or whatever. Anyone who promotes the denial of American
constitutional rights as to overthrow a legitimate Government cannot claim 1st Amendment rights
to protect against this unlawful conduct.
I also view that the so-called “sanctuary cities” are not entitled to oppose/undermine any federal
law agency in their performance of constitutional justified actions. In my view any Governor or
other State official who are acting contrary to the federal constitution must be held legally
accountable.

What we now have seen that the spiralling injustice throughout the USA has accumulated where
the rioters and others can freely roam about and even protected by many State officials. This I
view has to stop.
There is something else I consider to be very strange. I understood that Rathcliffe of Intelligence
made clear that Biden should never be President. Now I all of a sudden noticed he failed to
comply with the 45 days to file a report as per 12 September 2018 Executive order, allegedly
citing other Department failed to provide their reports.
I am not seeking to imply that he went over to the other party, but surely this is rather very
questionable? At least he in his own right could have provided a report to what he was aware off.
As like VP Pence, they both seem to act very strangely. Indeed, in my view very questionable.

this really the reason why he may have so to say rolled over to the other side?
I understood that even some US Generals were so to say going President Donald J Trump
(Commander in Chief) that they would not cooperate with any election issues. This even so the
armed forces I view in the circumstances would have been more trustworthy to ensure that any
auditing was done lawfully. And, I view, that where it involved FRAUD to steal an election the
armed forces should be there to assist the President in what is a political election for the Office of
the President. This then places the question was this mutiny, insurrection or whatever?
When you have a President who is deceived by those who are to act on his behalf, like the one
who I understood admitted to misled the President about troops withdrawal from Afghanistan but
didn’t do so then we have a very serious matter where those who have sworn an oath/affirmation
to uphold the constitution actually made their own political decision to undermine the Chief of
the Armed Forces. My view is that such a person should also be investigated and charges and not
let off the hook. This as it appears to me this was not some isolated issue but a comprehensive
coup against a sitting President that was I view likely engineered by Senator Kamala Harris,
considering her own recorded statements that:

“evidence” having been properly considered.

More over, Members of Congress threatening that they will make or have a list of those who
supported in some manner the President, I view in itself is TREASON as to undermine a sitting
President.
I do not know the involvement of the Sergeant-of-Arms but I view you cannot have this person
to be the fall guy for what I view was a conspiracy of Members of Congress to overthrow the
sitting president.

Even now I understand that Nancy Pelosi and Democrat Senator Shumach (whatever his name
might be) have been pursuing to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove President Donald J
Trump from power. In my view, Nancy Pelosi is not validly elected as I understand the
California ballots were all in violation of California electoral laws, and yet she has the gall to
attack a sitting President.
The only way to address issues appropriately is to make sure that the VP Mike Pence act
honourable and revoke his counting of 6-7 January 2021 and make clear that ultimately the
States themselves should clarify which slate of Electoral College is the correct one.
So much for his statement with “Turning Point USA”, when he I view he subsequently caved in
to the Democrats, rather then to uphold the constitution. We are all humans and can make an
error of judgment but the issue is has VP Pence the character and dignity to admit to having
made an error and willing to ensure that he correct it appropriately. After all I understand some
State Legislatures requested him to allow them to address the issues and again as he as VP has
access to national security issues and Rathcliff appears to me to make clear that Biden never
could be permitted to become President, then VP Pence should have been fully aware of those
national security issues and couldn’t have ignored them.

What is clear that the entire Presidential Election process is worse then some third world Banana
Republic. And having forces opposing a sitting President may underline that this is not simply
going away because too many Americans will not take it. Many have served in the armed forces
and have witness their fellow soldiers having laid down their lives, to uphold the constitution

"For almost 150 years the United States has been conducting an interesting experiment. The subjects of the
experiment: black people and working-class whites.
The hypothesis to be tested: Can a people taken from the jungles of Africa and forced into slavery be fully
integrated as citizens in a majority white population? The whites were descendants of Europeans who had
created a majestic civilization. The former slaves had been tribal peoples with no written language and
virtually no intellectual achievements. Acting on a policy that was not fair to either group, the government
released newly freed black people into a white society that saw them as inferiors. America has struggled with
racial discord ever since.
Decade after decade the problems persisted but the experimenters never gave up. They insisted that if they
could find the right formula the experiment would work, and concocted program after program to get the
result they wanted. They created the Freedmans Bureau, passed civil rights laws, tried to build the Great
Society, declared War on Poverty, ordered race preferences, built housing projects, and tried midnight
basketball. Their new laws intruded into people’s lives in ways that would have been otherwise unthinkable.
They called in National Guard troops to enforce school integration. They outlawed freedom of association.
Over the protests of parents, they put white children on buses and sent them to black schools and vice-versa.
They tried with money, special programs, relaxed standards, and endless hand wringing to close the
achievement gap. To keep white backlash in check they began punishing public and even private statements
on race. They hung up Orwellian public banners that commanded whites to Celebrate Diversity! and Say No
to Racism. Nothing was off limits if it might salvage the experiment.
Some thought that what W.E.B. DuBois called the Talented Tenth would lead the way for black people. A
group of elite, educated blacks would knock down doors of opportunity and show the world what blacks were
capable of.
There is a Talented Tenth. They are the black Americans who have become entrepreneurs, lawyers, doctors
and scientists. But ten percent is not enough. For the experiment to work, the ten percent has to be followed
by a critical mass of people who can hold middle-class jobs and promote social stability. That is what is
missing.
Through the years, too many black people continue to show an inability to function and prosper in a culture
unsuited to them. Detroit is bankrupt, the south side of Chicago is a war zone, and the vast majority of black
cities all over America are beset by degeneracy and violence. And blacks never take responsibility for their
failures. Instead, they lash out in anger and resentment.
Across the generations and across the country, as we have seen in Detroit, Watts, Newark, Los Angeles,
Cincinnati, and Ferguson, rioting and looting are just one racial incident away. The white elite would tell us
that this doesn’t mean the experiment has failed. We just have to try harder. We need more money, more
time, more understanding, more programs, and more opportunities. But nothing changes no matter how much
money is spent, no matter how many laws are passed, no matter how many black geniuses are portrayed on
TV, and no matter who is president. Some argue it’s a problem of culture, as if culture creates people’s
behavior instead of the other way around. Others blame white privilege.
But since 1965, when the elites opened Americas doors to the Third World, immigrants from Asia and India
people who are not white, not rich, and not connected have quietly succeeded. While the children of these
people are winning spelling bees and getting top scores on the SAT, black youths are committing half the
country’s violent crime, which includes viciously punching random white people on the street for the thrill of
it that has nothing to do with poverty.
The experiment has failed. Not because of white culture, or white privilege, or white racism. The
fundamental problem is that American black culture has evolved into an un-fixable and crime ridden mess.
They do not want to change their culture or society, and expect others to tolerate their violence and amoral
behavior. They have become socially incompatible with other races by their own design, not because of the
racism of others – but by their own hatred of non-blacks.
Our leaders don’t seem to understand just how tired their white subjects are with this experiment.They don’t
understand that white people aren’t out to get black people; they are just exhausted with them. They are
exhausted by the social pathologies, the violence, the endless complaints, and the blind racial solidarity, the
bottomless pit of grievances, the excuses, and the reflexive animosity. The elites explain everything with
racism, and refuse to believe that white frustration could soon reach the boiling point."
