Removal Of Intermediate Bank Processes.

Hi Everyone. As you all recently know Cloudworkers recently changed payment handlers and all
payments are now processed by Cloudworkers AG as reflected on the payments you have received
over the last month or so.

Today, we have been informed that we are no longer able to support the use of payments which
require an Intermediary Bank(s).

All payments MUST go directly from Cloudworkers AG directly to your bank account – no
intermediaries processing it along the way.

1. If your current payment method involves the use of an intermediary bank you MUST look for
an alternative immediately.
2. Check the banks available to you in your country and check that they will accept payments
directly from Cloudworkers AG from mainland Europe in Euros – if they don’t please ask
them if they know of an alternate bank in your country that might be able to assist you.
3. There are Internet Banks such as Starling Bank, Revolut, Transferwise that accept direct
payments from us. Again – check that they are available in your country and speak to them
about opening an account there.
4. PayPal is an option also – check that it is available in your country.
5. Checking that your chosen payment method is correct and available in your country is YOUR
responsibility.
All changes MUST be with me before the 29th of October – that’s 2 and half weeks from the date of
this email being sent to find and set up alternate payment details. A payment information form is
attached for you. Complete LINE 2 ONLY

I’m sure I don’t need to point out the urgency of this – November and December are approaching
and James and I are working hard to ensure these changes happen smoothly with no delays
especially at this important time of year.

Please ignore this email if you receive payments via Paypal or you do NOT use an intermediary bank.
