I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the discussion, learners are expected to achieve at least 80% proficiency of the
following:
a. Define community and environmental health (H9CE-Ia-8)
b. Describe the characteristics of a healthy community.
c. Recognizes the value produced by a healthy environment.

The learner demonstrates understanding of the principles in protecting the environment
for community wellness.

Midwife in your barangay.

Okay let start to group 1 (powerpoint) Excellent! Lets give them a palakpak  parangal clap.  Next

Three or more-man Transport Very good, Lets give them a barangay clap There is also other way in
transferring a victim, that is using a stretcher. But if the area/ or the first aider has no stretcher to
be use and that is, you can use an improvised stretcher. This technique requires two poles/pipes
strong enough to support the victim's weight and at least two shirts. Who will try to demonstrate
this technique? There are two first aider and 1 victim. D. Generalization  Now, can you give the
