Problem:

Random error message “Adhesive cassette missing”

Cause:

The S/A detection end of glue (white gear) is not in contact with the cartridge glue
flange, the detection cannot be done. This is due to the coding wheel plastic support
which touches the machine’s cover. The spring cannot move the full S/A coding
wheel to the bottom position.

Solution:

Remove the machine cover and cut the angle (shown in red) of the grey plastic plate
in order that it doesn’t touch anymore the machine cover.
WARNING: Be careful to no put shavings everywhere
