(7:30)-Apple or papaya

(8:00am) (Hemp+cashew+almond+pinenut)

Breakfast-

Multigrain roti (quinoa+amaranth+oats+bajra+besan) stuffed roti+curd or buttermilk

5 millet khichri

Foxtail poha

Amaranth porridge

Besan cheela

Kulthi dal cheela

Ragi idli

Boiled eggs/egg omelete/Egg poached

Ragi sheera

Besan sheera/cheela

Mid Meals- watermelon+pumpkin+flex+sesame+hemp seeds roasted. +oats shake

After 30min. Moringa tea


Lunch-

Thali- multigrain roti+ dal or legumes +any veg/curry +curd

Moong daal with multigrain roti

Rongi dal with multigrain roti

Roasted or grilled fish

Besan cheela

Moong daal cheela

Jowar suji idli

Dhokla

Grilled or roasted chicken or fish

Evening- almonds milk + half piece dark chocolate +Namkeen (jowar /makhana roasted)

L.E.- =Veg soup(Baby spinach+ginger+wheat grass(fresh) +drumsticks)

Dinner- multigrain roti with seasonal veg or dal /Foxtail millet poha/Ragi malt/boiled eggs/ragi
sheera/besan cheela/quinoa bowl

PostDinner- Lukewarm water


Eat raw 2 spoons of badan rogan oil and extra virgin coconut oil in a day

Protein daily 1 scoop

2Spirrulina capsules daily
