Incident Report forJet Blue Flight No. B6/60

On the evening of March 28, 2015 at approximately 7:00pm, I Kemar Brown was
working on Jet Blue Flight No. B6/60 under the supervision of Marvin Gilroy. The crew
members responsible for loading the flight was informed by Mr. Gilroy that the flight is a
forty-five bags carrier.

A notification was given to Mr. Gilroy by the said person that cargo was present. Acting
upon the new information given, Mr. Gilroy called operation for confirmation of cargo.
Mr. Gilroy was informed by operation to load cargo in bin one along with twenty-five
bags. The new information was relayed to all crew members present along with the
security officer.

The security officer was informed by Mr. Gilroy to load cargo first, then twenty-five bags
thereafter. A question was posed by the security office to Mr. Gilroy about the number of
cargo to be placed on the flight, was it twenty-five, his reply was no. The information
was reaffirmed to the security officer that it was twenty-five bags to be loaded.
Therefore, load cargo first then twenty-five bags thereafter.

The package of the flight was the responsibility of the said person; it was of the view
that too many bags had been placed on the flight. Verification was made with the
security officer of how many bags had been placed on the flight. The security officer
confirmed that thirty-nine bags were placed on the flight.

It was further stressed to the security office that the number of bag for the flight was
twenty-five and not thirty-nine. This information was relayed to the ground supervisor
Mr. Gilroy, who instructed that the said person should off load fourteen bags.

The instructed task was carried out expeditiously to prevent further delay of the flight.

Your sincerely

Kemar Brown
