a) Identify the five fundamental positions of
the arms and feet with proper sequence.
b) Demonstrate the fundamental positions
with mastery, grace, fluency and proper
timing.
c) Perform the fundamental positions in
proper sequence
d) Portray discipline and patience as an
important value in learning the positions.
II. SUBJECT MATTER
Topic: Five Fundamental Positions for the
Arms and Feet.
Guide Questions:
 What have you formed in the puzzles?
 What are these positions?
Sequencing:
Learners will arrange the posted puzzles in
orderꟷ according to their prior knowledge.
Demonstration:
Learner will volunteer, and demonstrate
each position. Teacher will correct the
learner upon demonstration.

Learner will choose from the “Wowowin
Boxes”-each containing pictures of
folkdances. Learners will identify the
folkdance and cite its classification.

B. Motivation
“Puzzled”
1. Each group will be given an envelope
containing puzzle pieces.
2. Upon the teacher’s cue, each group will
form the puzzles and post it on the
board.
3. 1st Group to post the puzzle will be given
a reward.
