JUMPERS:
Jumper X1 on Main power board must be on X2 for 50Hz and on X1 for 60Hz
Jumper X3 on the main power board (and next to the orange connector) must
be on the two upper pins (nearest the edge of the board) for activating the
ground fault protection if present.
Jumper next to the battery of CPU board must be on the two upper pins.
Jumper JP1 on the TCB board must be stored on one pin for keeping the soft
starter switched on while emergency by pass activated or stored on both pins
for switching the soft starter off while emergency bypass input activated.
MISCELLANEOUS
Check for the battery (must be 3Vdc). If under 2,7Vdc --> change the battery.
Check the CT are correctly positioned and the secondary (wires black and
white) are well positioned in the TC of the temp/TC board).
Check that blown fuse input on TB8.1&2 on the TCB board is not activated. If
activated (= no dry contact between TB8.1&2), TCB fault is displayed.
Check that shutdown inputs on TB1.2&3 and TB1.4&5 on TCB board are
jumpered.
Perform CT alignement in case measurement of currents seems wrong
(unbalance).
Check for any current measurement problem:

S
With the soft start in “Motor ready to start” mode, change “shunt trip
level” in setpoint p13 from OFF to 100 %
Then read the line current in metering p1 and check if 2000A is
displayed (example IA=2A IB=2000A IC=2A). If 2000A is displayed, it
shows current feedback is bad. Swamp CTA and CTB on main power
board and check if the 2000A follow in according with the new position
of fiber optics. If it is so, the main Power board is OK and the feedback
current problem comes from either fiber optics, or Temp/CT board.
Change Temp/CT board with a new one. If the current feedback
problem remains, change the fiber optics.
TCB FAULT
This is typically displayed when blown fuse input is activated (the contact that
should be normally closed in open).
