Why are goals important?


Goals propel us forward. They keep us focused, help us be more organised, clear and productive. They hold us accountable to failure. They help
us believe in ourselves and allow us to live life to our fullest potential.

Work to complete this form. It Is more important to have the Goals portion answered first. Incorporate the Leadership Traits (complete list below)
in your SMART Goals. Those who complete the Leadership Training and Orientation Program 1 (LTOP 1) may use the Leadership Development
Planner to help frame goals. Please Note: This tracker is expected to change and adapt to the applicant’s shifting life.

(In the future, you can have the Mentor review and edit this Goal Tracker with you later. The fields, ‘Action Plan, Deadline, Notes’, etc. can also
be reviewed/edited with your Mentor.)
