meet API 6A and featur in flexibility and compatibility and interchangeability to bring
down the inventory levels and costs for user.

MSP/DRILEX(Shanghai) Co., Ltd provides the Welhead and X-mas Tree apply for
high pressure and high corrosive environment. On request, total metal-to metal
seals without any elastomer are available for severe applications.

 Solid Block X-mas Tree
MSP/DRILEX (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd provide the Solid Block X-mas Tree with working
pressure up to 20000PSI. Compared with conventional X-mas Tree, solid block
X-mas Tree have a single solid-forged body, which include lower and upper master
valve, wine valves and swab valves.

The advantage of Solid Block X-mas Tree lies in a compact body requiring smaller
space, improving fire-resistant performance and reducing potential leak channels.

 Sub-Sea Wellhead
Sub-sea wellhead designed and manufactured by MSP/DRILEX (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd completely
meet the API 17D and NACE 0175 standards with the maximum working pressure up to
10000PSI.
30” tube maximum loading is 3 million pounds (1360 tons), 18-3/4” wellhead maximum loading
reaches 1 million ponds (453 tons) and also can hold the loading released by the 10000 pressure
test.
18-3/4” wellhead is landing with the wear bushing and can start the pressure test, which saves
the operation duration.

 Manifolds

MSP/DRILEX manifolds satisfy API and ANSI related specifications, incorporating valves with
metal-to-metal seals and long life choke valves that can function well in emergency. In addition,
MSP/DRILEX offer large size manifolds over 4-1/16” to satisfy high capacity and inclement
services. The pressure of MSP/DRILEX manifolds ranges up to 20000 psi.

MSP/DRILEX can offer a full range of gate valves satisfying API standards and ANSI, they can
be equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic and hydro-pneumatic actuators on request.
MSP/DRILEX gate valve meet the needs of petroleum and process industries for high
pressure/capacity and inclement services.
MSP/DRILEX chokes, with a wide range of trim and body material satisfying API 6A 19th ED
and NACE, are offered for drilling and production applications both subsea and surface. On
request for inclement environments such as high H2S and high CO2, MSP/DRILEX offers the
choke trims (stem, seat and bean) of high-anti-corrosion alloy and tungsten carbide.

Wellhead Control System
MSP/DRILEX standard single well control system is offered to control subsurface safety
valve(SCSSV) and pneumatic or hydraulic controlled surface safety valves(SSV) for oil on gas
wells. The single well system will automatically close the safety valves in response to various
alarm conditions requiring shut-down.
MSP/DRILEX solution for multi-well control system is a fail-safe system utilizing controllogic to
provide ESD, fusible loop fire protection, and wellhead valve opening/closing sequenciing.
MSP/DRILEX control system operate either on low-pressure pneumatic or hydraulic logic, or
electronic control logic using a RTU or PLC based system.
