 Proceedings: The meeting was Presided by Ma’am Saravon Casauay, Community Health
Nursing Instructor.
 Call to Order: The meeting was called to Order by Imnas Pearl Recolizado, team leader and
Saravon Casuay, Community health nursing instructor.
 Agenda:
A. Preconference
We, the student nurse discussed the different activities that should be accomplished
within the day.

Ma’am Saravon, oriented us, the student nurse regarding the activities for the day. She said that
we need to conduct Courtesy call and Ocular Survey of the area that we were assigned.

B. Ocular Survey and Courtesy Call

We, the student nurse identified the location of the area which we assigned and talked the
leader of the community and health care providers regarding the things that we want to
conduct and accomplished in that area.

C. Post- Conference

Imnas Pearl Recolizado, the team Leader of the week, summarized the accomplishments for the
day. We documented all the information that we collected during our visit in the area and
during our conversation together with the community leader and health care provider in that
area.
