Flat on bed for 6-8 hours NPO until further orders Oxygen support at 2lpm Monitor VS with O2Sat for 15 minutes then hourly until stable Monitor I & O accurately Q1 Cefuroxime 750 mg IV Q8 Ketorolac 10mg IV Q6 x 24 hours Tramadol 50mg IV PRN IVF: D5LR 1L x 8 hours to alternate with PNSS 1L 1L x 8 hours Monitor Refer
